PLACE DE LA CONCORDE

I’ve always been a big fan of spring and summer, while autumn and winter have never been my favorite. I’ve always seen them as two of the most sad seasons, while in spring flowers bloom, life makes its way and takes full power during the summer so the autumn marks the end and the impending winter, with rain, snow and so cold.

But this year I’m trying to see things from a different perspective, I appreciate the golden colors of autumn, the rains that nourish the land and prepare for the upcoming winter, a long sleep in which the Earth rests and regenerates energy wrapped in white blankets of snow.
I love to spend the autumn weekends to discover new places of our surroundings, new city, cuisines and seasonal products such as hazelnuts, truffles and mushrooms; these gastronomic trips make me feel a real Italian! It’s nice to go into the forests in search of mushrooms and chestnuts, unfortunately not knowing where to go, often I come home with just a bunch of colored leaves to be dried. But if time does not permit, just a sofa, a warm blanket, a cup of herbal tea and good company so even the most dreary day becomes beautiful.
For this look I was inspired by autumn, not the classic ones, but different shades, however, that transmit the heat of a warm autumn afternoon. The combination is very simple, both as items and as colors, one of those chic and elegant simplicity that I love and I think now characterize my style.
The Michael Kors handbag is the real protagonist, dark brown leather and pony with the military print, combined together to create a limited edition of Hamilton bag. A perfect combination of elegance and a sober eccentricity for a truly unique and interesting piece.
The jewels are the final touch, a beautiful necklace and a bracelet by Miriam Salat.
