Vintage shopping is something that was far from me and my preferences for a long time, I found so complicated to go around from a vintage shop to another trying to find something special, but always with some kind of dissatisfaction
cause find something pretty and at reasonable price isn’t easy.
Of course there are some vintage shops which are full of treasures, incredible and uniques pieces from the past, but the prices are higher than the last Gucci collection.
So year after year, try after try I develop some skills in vintage finds, and honestly it’s all about patience and luck!
And I also found some shops in Paris, where almost always I’m lucky and I don’t need a lot of patience 🙂 so, I should say that this is all about the right places, yeah?
The last fashion week I had a little shopping in my “right vintage places” and I found this stunning dress. No need to say that I was speechless in front of such a beautiful piece for less than 24 euros, it was mine at the first sight!
A beautiful embroidery is something that always catch my eye, and in this case as well!
This dress put me immediately in some romantic and old style mood, and that what I wanted to recreate with the whole look. I added a victorian inspired Zara chiffon blouse, a headpiece and a vintage style bag from Buti.
Vintage dress/ Zara blouse/ Buti bag/ Bijoux Brigitte headpiece
