HOLIDAY COCKTAILS

The holiday atmosphere is still being all around, for me from 23december to 3 january is a non stop celebration!

31 december is start to approach and that means that we should prepare for being ready for that bright night full of celebration and sparkling atmosphere!
The most iconic thing of that night it’s the sound of opening champagne bottle at the midnight between two years! But who of you is tired by the classical bottle of Champagne here can find some cool variation more fruity, more fresh or spicy, depend of your taste!

Blackberry syrup + Champagne + Gin + Sprigs of Thyme

This cocktail is super easy to make and involve just a few ingredients as the Blackberry syrup, champagne and Thyme. and just a little bit of gin! It’s fresh and not too sweet and just so cute in that delicate pink color.

Blackberry syrup + Champagne / Moscato d’Asti + Sprigs of Thyme

But if you are not such a big fan of gin just as me, you can simply skip this point. Find out here the recipe!

White wine + Pomegranate juice + Ginger beer + Orange juice

I’m a kind of obsessed with ginger, gimme ginger bread, ginger beer, and ginger everywhere and I will be a happy kid.

So this drink is ideal for me, with ginger and pomegranate which so good now!

All you need is dry white wine, bitter, orange and pomegranate juice and of course ginger beer! But heve a look at the link to get all the info about the cocktail.

Pear juice + Moscato d’Asti + Rosemary & Pomegranate

An alternative to champagne is Moscato d’Asti, have you ever tried it? If not, you should, and can’t be a better occasion than New Year’s Eve!

It’s much sweeter and easier to drink than Champagne, here I invite you to mix it with pear juice and some pieces of pomegranate to decorate.

Pear juice + Vodka + Gingerale + Sprigs of Rosemary

Similar but totally different cocktail from the previous one. Delicate thanks to the pear juice but also spicy thanks to gingerale.

Vodka + Ginger beer + Lime juice + Cranberry juice + Rosemary or Maggiorana sprigs

I never tried Moscow Mule, honestly I had a completely different idea of the cocktail.

So when this autumn Pier took one and I saw it it wasn’t white as I have imaginated, I decided to try it.

No need to say that I fell in love at the first sip, first it’s with vodka and since I’m russian I have to love it, at least it’s my favorite of the spirits and I think it’s the most easier to drink. Second, as I said, I loooove ginger!

It’s pretty easy to make, but USE the proper mugs! I also suggest you to try not only with rosemary but with maggiorana, I love the scent and taste its gives.

Champagne + Vodka + Cranberry juice

Make a big pitcher and enjoy with your friends! Cheers!
